Everything else. Onboarding pertinent to your actual job duties is non-existent, tons of surprise hidden rules to follow and little success in getting new business. The private equity- type aspect makes it a true misery and management only cares about numbers, random rules and never ending meetings and slide decks. In the many years I have worked, this was by far the worst experience.
