No help from leads or supervisors since they always want you to use the P&P even if you don’t understand it. Leads never respond to help unless your supervisors are included in the email. Applied internally twice and was denied first time and second time didn’t even get a response or any update. Pay is low for current and older employees but new hire are getting paid more.
