Avoid IT. The management is completely lost and practices unethical behavior on a regular basis. Teams have over worked employees with a high rate of turn over. Employees are yelled and screamed at on a daily basis. Employees would benefit from wearing helmets to avoid being in the line of fire from items being thrown by management. Chairs, desks, and walls take most of the hits. Technology is non existent. Management pushes projects in with out being fully developed or tested. Management will magically disappear during any big deployment, I'm guessing so they have plausible deniability when there are failures.
