Big egos and a lot of micromanagement - Software Engineer II bei Mobilize.Net: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There are a lot of big egos here. This company develops transpilers to convert programming languages into another ones. So the work is really interesting. They like the micromanagement and the classism between developers by the University that you come from. Most of people here comes from public universities in Costa Rica, and that's good but they think that they are doing computing science all the time and thats not true. Project managers here are the worst, they like the long OT hours and they pay that with pizza and you must to be gratefull because you are doing science, or at least that's what they are going to said all the time.
