Poor training - You will be expected to do things you have no idea how to do and identify parts you've never seen before. Poor communication - Management will set expectations for things to be done a certain way and not communicate that to you at all, then reprimand you for not reminding them via email of certain things. Poor management - No written job description, and lazy upper management expecting you to be able to do their job as well as your own.
