Company went through conversion and a large majrity of minority associates were sent to the new company. From my experience, The minority associates, specifically women are not paid equitable to their Non-minority counterparts even when your work is positively acknowledged. Senior Management continues to make horrible business decisions that negatively affects working associates. Employees that do the day to day work suffer. What they dont realize, is the company suffers when the backbone of the company suffers.
