      - Very qualified team (very often you would encounter M.Sc. and PhD holders) - Great growth potential for talent - Work/life balance and plenty of social activity. - Free food on fridays and often free pizza lying around throughout the week. - Free Beer/Drinks/Coffee/... and lots of chocolate and cake - Enough time for side projects. Seasonal hackathons. - Support for conferences (1~2 conferences per year per developer)

      Kontras

      - You would find minor inter-department communication issues. However, that would not affect an intern's / employee's most of the time.

      Pros

      Minodes has been acquired by Telefonica NEXT therefore you will receive your salary at the end of the month, no matter if the performance of the company is poor.

      Kontras

      Culture does not exit. They will try to sell you that it is an amazing, flexible environment to work for, it is not. Lack of leadership. Soulless HR department, don´t expect people operations/employee experience/employee success.

      Angemessenes Gehalt, schönes Büro, gute Lage, viel soziale Aktivität im Team, einige wirklich nette Leute arbeiten dort

      Ich habe eine neue WBS eingestellt, die sehr jung ist und möglicherweise nur wenig Direktvertrieb hat, außer Pokemon-Karten auf dem Spielplatz zu verkaufen. Keine Forschungsstruktur zur Sicherung des Direktvertriebs
