Avoid this place - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Mini-Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Horrible culture. They have annual layoffs so the older people try not to train you and sometimes even sabotage your work in order to keep their job. It's a shame because their are good people their just trying to keep a paycheck knowing that a layoff at that age might mean not getting bills paid. I sympathize for all those stuck between a rock and a hard place and I forgive them for the way they treated me. I was fortunate enough to be young and able to leave without consequence.
