Pros

People here are incredibly welcoming and friendly, bosses are awesome, co-workers and clients are fantastic. Paid training is never a bad thing either.

It can get a bit cliquey, once you're in your role, it's sometimes tough to branch out into different programs. Getting time off and finding subs for classes is usually very difficult, and if you enjoy your nights and weekends, this job isn't for you.
