      Working for ME, has been a pleasurable experience. The President and CEO are both pleasant and care about their employees. They listen to the needs of their employees and their best to accommodate and address whatever concerns.

      Flexible schedule, easygoing management, easy access to upper management

      Kontras

      Very high turnover rate. Not enough management review of employee career goals. Not enough challenging work. Laidback culture allows people with biased behavior towards underrepresented groups to go unchecked.
