They show you the ropes and great if you want to learn about the recruiting process / industry, especially in the legal space. Willing to train and work with you to learn. Very fast paced!

Such a huge turnover rate for associate recruiters. Company culture is highly dependent on manager - different managers have different methods of training and can be contradictory to each other. Noticed that informal discussions can occasionally veer into territory that might be perceived as less than constructive.
