The staff. You say one thing on your mind and it all blows up. The board has no idea what goes on with the more entry level staff. There is sexual harassment and issues are always ignored or blown off. I am only writing this to warn people who are interested in working there to carefully consider it because it will initially sound like a great job, as it has been. Pay and benefits were fine for a nonprofit but the higher up staff do not know how to manage their teams. It's a very toxic environment where people will be shut you behind office doors and tell you not to tell anyone what's going on. They try to weasel people out of their jobs by giving them to other people and not discussing issues first hand. As an employment agency, they should actually look after their staff and not just worry about their profit and income from businesses.
