extreme expectations for metrics and audits, huge turnover, management only cares about numbers, TCs are the backbone of the whole DOD contract but are treated like numbered cattle, callers are abusive, auditors are on power trips, annual review is a joke (document every single extra task you do because you have to advocate for raise with documentation), training does not prepare you to be successful, company has zero morale - everyone is just waiting for another opportunity elsewhere
