Nice people working around you, concerned about your well-being, really nice projects to work on. They hear you out, open to proposals, and are currently growing and getting even more exciting projects.

Kontras

Salary can be challenging at times, OT not paid but managed in other ways (i.e. accumulated days off and such), sometimes planning can be off incurring on rush times, no benefits.

Producers and directors are always willing to help out and troubleshoot, which is a plus. Feedback on animated shots usually come back very quickly
