      Unorganized and disconnected. The lack of leadership has driven many of us out of MIdwest. They are billing for services unrendered.

      Pros

      Management goes out of their way to make sure all staff is comfortable in doing the job they are supposed to be doing. The schedule is nice because you are still able to get 80 hours a pay period and still have plenty of days off to relax.
