Not a great place - F & B Assistant bei Middle Eight: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Great hotel with a team that really cares. Middle Eight is a beautiful hotel with a lot of potential and a team that genuinely works hard for the guests. The last few years have clearly brought a lot of change. The complete change of the Executive Team has resulted in a much more nurtring culture and there are tons of activities and benefits that other hotels do not offer. It is a good place to learn, grow and be part of a hotel that is moving in the right direction. Internal promotions are often encouraged.

The payment and incentive is good in the area

The worst workplace ever Tge management have no clue how to do tge business, senior managment have unprofessional behaviour and have no idea what is team work. They have no business strategies, no instruction and no training and lack of communication is tge big issue there. They do not value your job and are demanding. The management team do not care about the staff at all and only think about the profit of the company. You could not have any development there, no support or training at all. No one has no clue about their job description and whom they need to report to. The blame culture is normal in the company, instead of finding solutions.
