Worst in-house ERP system with 10,000+ part numbers created and no streamlined process, Cannot put forth grievances to Senior management as they do not like feedback and will be used against you. Massive internal and dirty politics within senior management who wait for opportunity to back stab. This company is only good for those who are crooks and can back stab and not for professionals and hard working people. Management always wash off their hands from taking any responsibility and blame Junior staff members. They have let go people who are hard working, honest and speak out as Senior management consider them as a Threat to their own jobs. Stay Away and do not be tricked with the High salary they offer as it comes with a massive cost later on in an un-expected way. The List goes On.....
