The staff is really great.

It really is a nice place to work. No cons.

My favorite reasons are because it's hands on work, love my coworkers, willing to work with your needs and wants the best they can when it comes to your schedule, great benefits, and you get noticed for working hard and trying your absolute best.

These arent necessairly cons for me in particular but for others, some of the challenges may include physical labor for some people, it can be fast paced, but there are slower machines and positions, and some may find the pay as too little.
