Weird Relationship with Pacific Dataport INC., Leadership at that company dictates what happens at Microcom. You will be asked at 3:30pm to have a dashboard built before the end of the day (when you push back the president of said company will have his lap dog tell you that "yesterday was too late.") 4.) Top heavy leadership.
