Pay was not competitive, RSU were part of your total compensation, but if you retire or get laid off, you do not get to keep them. Executive Staff seems to make irrational decisions. No severance pay. (They are even getting out of the WARN notices.) Nepotism!!! (A BUNCH) Employees are our greatest strength - (not really)
