Anyone who is not happy here has probably created the negativity themselves! Myself and everyone on my team who are working hard and are performing well couldn't be happier. It seems like people who are not happy and complaining are just nay-sayers and aren't smart enough to recognize that they are the issue; not this company, their leaders, or co-workers! Flexibility-check, stability-check, interesting work-check, company with vision-check! I could go on and on :)

The only thing I can think of is that at times it takes management to identify and execute performance management with employees who are not performing well.
