Pressure from leadership to meet the quarterly goal. Missing bonus / merit increase multiple times a year. Leadership only thinks about cutting cost which makes everyday life hard at Microchip. At some point they decided to remove the coffee / tea to save few cents. Really cheap and not appreciative of their employees
