Successful, stable company with opportunities for advancement Compensation is good- quarterly bonuses have been REALLY GOOD!! All employees are shareholders which is awesome! Benefits are good- I especially love that we have a medical clinic onsite and the tuition reimbursement is another great perk. AMAZING CULTURE! Collaborative, team based environment which I love. Leadership is approachable and committed to employees professional development and growth. The work is challenging and employees have opportunities to work on projects outside their normal job responsibilities that they are interested in. Employee empowerment is a huge part of the culture.
