And this at a time when Microchip has record financial results. The CEO has an automatic 8% annual pay increase in his employment contract. He gave himself 12% this year and another $10 million "leadership bonus". He is also receiving more than $1.5 million every quarter in dividend payments. He is a billionaire or close to being one but he doesn't give anything to the ordinary employees. Look at the job postings. They are offering 20% less than anybody else for a given engineering position. Work conditions are worse than at any acquired site.
