Highly unprofessional manager. You are only favoured if you flatter and gossip with them. Your skillful work won’t help for career progression. If you don’t give them inside lab gossips by staying after 5, you won’t get a promotion. Extremely manipulative manager would brainwash other people and empower only their decisions. If you are educated and have experience this place is not for you because the management itself has no qualifications and so they don’t value that.
