The culture Microbe Formulas is building is excellent. It's the kind of place I say, "I can't wait to come to the office because of ____." on a daily basis. Ownership pushes you to be the best version of you possible. The company provides opportunities for new positions within the company and makes efforts to develop individuals from within. Daily stand-ups focus on the lives we touch as a company and provide an opportunity to review things like our "random acts" program that provides a budget to each employee every month to do something "random" for anyone--customer, coworker, acquaintance, people you meet on the street, whoever. Onsite facilities include a rock wall, free weights, basketball hoop, hockey net, and yes, a massage chair that employees are encouraged to use--on the clock--on the daily. The products Microbe Formulas produces simply work. It's easy to work here because the products are those that you can believe in--because they've worked for us.

Fast growth has meant growing pains. Systems are in place and are constantly being updated, overhauled, etc. (due to growth) which can cause strain on an individual level.
