Decent pay rate for trainers.

Extremely no formal process to onboard people to introduce to the ins and outs of the company. They expect to just simply know. Reaching out is another different challenge cause you’d probably have to text the entire company before you can get a response. There aren’t any meetings so you’re not aware of the status of the project and you have to decode silence of activity as the status of the project.

Total con job. Uses your financial background to extract value to their clients. I get it - I'm not ignorant - however the entire selection process was about financial modeling, markets, etc. and then EVERY step after was a protracted process about "fix this rubric" "fix this word" never mentioned in job description or selection process. ~40 hours, $0 because i gave up. And the best part!?!? They'd send you contradictory, overlapping and overly descriptive yet simultaneously imprecise requests for what they want, from multiple people. They'd literally send me a 5 minute video per person, where it's clearly more efficient if they fixed it themselves, and we could each specialize in our individual AOI and provide value.
