Total con job. Uses your financial background to extract value to their clients. I get it - I'm not ignorant - however the entire selection process was about financial modeling, markets, etc. and then EVERY step after was a protracted process about "fix this rubric" "fix this word" never mentioned in job description or selection process. ~40 hours, $0 because i gave up.
And the best part!?!? They'd send you contradictory, overlapping and overly descriptive yet simultaneously imprecise requests for what they want, from multiple people. They'd literally send me a 5 minute video per person, where it's clearly more efficient if they fixed it themselves, and we could each specialize in our individual AOI and provide value.
