I worked here 6 years and it was a great place to be. Management cared about their employees and did what they could to help. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending working here.

Start time at 5am is rough, but you miss traffic in the morning and it’s only a 4 day work week.

Micro-Tronics is a build to print manufacturer, mostly small quantities, so the variance in daily orders requires agility and innovation to get-R-done. Also, as a small company the silos you see in corporations are not there. You interact with peers and other departments to get results.

Company has old equipment that is slowly being upgraded
