We also launched our Go To Market strategy and details have been shared with teams globally to ensure colleagues develop a deep understanding of our strategy. Pay and benefits are an important component of our total rewards and we make it a priority to conduct annual reviews with our employees to discuss their strengths and development goals. To ensure we’re competitive, we use external benchmarks to check that our pay and benefits packages are in line with the market, region by region. As a company, our primary focus is on our customers and finding ways to continue to bring value to them, while recognising our teams.
