Pros

Great team, and great manager. Arsen and Juan were awesome. The team was very friendly(for the most part). Great to gain connections and get your foot into the workforce post college.

Kontras

Pay structure. Base pay here is comical, at 4 dollars per hour.

Our General Sales associates do have a base rate of $4.00 per hour. However, their total earnings consider both their commission and base pay to determine their hourly rate over a two-week pay period. Right now, our General Sales associates are averaging about $21.00 per hour throughout the company. We continuously evaluate compensation structures and are committed to offering competitive wages and benefits, including commission opportunities that can significantly impact overall earnings.
