Our Technicians are rewarded based on their ability to provide total solutions to our customers regardless of which store it is. Our base salary of $15 per hour plus additional commission allows Techs to earn more based on the type and volume of service provided. While our average pay rate is $22-$23 per hour, about 25% of our Technicians make more with some making as much as $36 per hour.
