Pros
Decent pay for full time employees, with the ability to earn more with commission. Shift lengths are generally good, a later start time is a bonus for college students.

Management often doesn't seem to sympathize with employees, for cashiers obtaining customer names and emails is of the utmost importance and you will be harped on if your levels drop. Despite being a non-commission pay based job, reaching a dollar amount of commission each day is expected. Schedules are "flexible" but there is no consistency week to week as to what days you will be working. Pre-job training is absolutely terrible and outdated.
