Pros

New commercial products to get acquainted with. Employee discounts. A good place to potentially network with people in the IT field. They will pay for your certs!!! (After being employed for a certain time)

Kontras

Hard to move up or laterally within the store. General sales is the worst position in the store. Commission based. Money is contingent on selling replacement plans.
