Excellent Coworkers Sorta positive environment

Kontras

Bad management No recognition at all Obligated to sell protection plans - strange enough folk who actually do their job, never call off and who likes working at this place seem to get fired before the ones who never do anything, leaving their stations to go talk to friends or to avoid customers entirely. Strange strange place.

As a smaller, specialized retailer, organizational growth and upward mobility may take longer compared to larger big-box companies.
