Flexible scheduling and low pressure from upper management.

1. Extremely low compensation and the benifits are a joke. 2. It's barely ABA. It reaembles babysitting more than therapy and the conpany culture has created many technicians who don't seem to know the difference. 3. Clinicians are expected to be in contact with all families at all times, which might sound nice but having people call you with work-related issues at 1:00 am is absurd. 4. Very little work-life balance overall
