You can see making a difference on a day to day basis. Most of the staff is friendly and genuinely cares about their mission.

Upper Management. Upper Management. Upper Management & Culture Procured by Upper Management. * My advice is to avoid at all cost as the turnover rate is EXTREMELY high. Staff is not necessarily fired as much as you would think, they are just tortured to quit, which most do within six months of realizing there are other, better, more normal working environments in this world. Oh and don't ever expect a pay-raise or bump up in title. IT WON'T HAPPEN.
