Awful company and experience - Concierge bei Miami Management: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Gross lack of professionalism. Zero clue, comprehension or concept as to what a concierge is. No growth, no respect. They'll promise you everything from training to a proper necktie, lies. Disastrously making up the rules as they go along. Follow up is nonexistent, lack of communication appalling. In the spirit of full transparency this was never long term for me, more a curious peek into what a concierge in Brickell was like. Nightmare does not even begin to describe this experience. I have personally dealt with everyone from former presidents to athletes, artists etc never have I been treated so poorly and with such blatant disrespect. I mic dropped 'em and rolled out. Their loss.
