The budget cuts and salary cuts are not good for the already low payed employees. not fair to have mandatory furlough days off without pay to a part time employee. not fair to have no paid holidays. The Mayor of Miami-Dade should focus more on the bigger expenses of the county rather than picking on the low payed hard worker employee who is struggling to make a living with the measly salary, pay check by pay check.
