This place has city benefits. This is the place to be if the retirement is your goal. You can show up at work and do nothing all day long. The best place for lazy people. Come join MetroPlus!

Kontras

There is no real reason for this company to exist. It's a big surprise this place is still in existence.

Kontras

Some internal processes can be slow due to regulatory requirements. Communication between departments can occasionally be improved. Workload can increase during peak enrollment periods, but teams support each other.

Pension, impactful organization, more stable than others in the industry, strong finance dept

Kontras

Bad in office workspace, too much unnecessary noise, hard to get messages and emails answered. No established hard rules for communication, you have to come in Thursdays no matter what, its too noisy and not productive, too much unnecessary and false gossip, music on full blast, nobody respects each other especially if you have different background, give supervisors more training, many don’t know that they are responsible for their own staff and being role models, many are just only talking to their high ups and peers and not anyone below them.
