Pros of the job -medical benefits, retirement plans, vacation time and very lenient sick time policy.
Kontras
The workload is too much to bear. Expectations of management cannot be met and management offers little support. Administration wants to run lean but does so at the expense of employee morale and engagement leading to quick burnout. There is no work/life balance. Vacation days are spent working from home to simply stay on top of your job. Projects rarely have resolution due to lack of time and manpower to compete. Technology is outdated.
