Nothing, hardly any benefits to make up for how toxic it is

Extremely high staff turnover - so everyone is new and it's really difficult to work when you have no training or onboarding from anyone with experience, or even with the time to help you. Toxic culture, A LOT of micromanaging and bossiness with people speaking to each other like dirt. It's a horrible atmosphere to work with people who act like this, I haven't experienced it this bad before but everyone seems to hate each other within project teams. Low pay, so so low for the role and compared to how much work you have to do! With the hours you end up working, it's honestly like working for below minimum wage per hour. WAY too tight deadlines - trying to please clients at the sacrifice of your staffs wellbeing and personal time. It's so stressful and so much pressure. No work life balance! I started having therapy to deal with the stress and toxicity and even that isn't enough to help my mental health
