Too numerous cons to count Micromanaging is number one con for this office. Management is unaware of job duties because they’re never active in clinic. When management is in office, they are there answering their own emails in the back.Doctors are young starting their practice and can’t afford enough help with answering phones or making appointments so they expect staff to do about four different jobs at a time. Never ever felt appreciated until I finally left.
