Pros

None noticed as didnt get a chance to work. Staff looks good with meeting first time but real colors comes out afterwards.

Kontras

Human resource team will contact current job without your approval and created such a tension that I lost my current job as a physical therapist. Worst thing is after knowing all their mistakes still have no care attitude towards the person loosing job.

Coming from a smaller size hospital but big company like Methodist and known high paying hospital in DFW, I needed more shifts. Since MDMC is bigger than my other PRN, I have higher chance of getting shifts because there are more monitoring stations, more staff taking PTOs, higher chance of staff calling out sick and therefore opening the shift, etc.

More workload and higher census! Almost 50 patients on heart monitor per station.
