In 2019 MHS began a new leadership development opportunity for current managers looking to grow into higher level positions within Methodist, called the ELEVATE Leadership Development Program. The 6-month program was an absolutely phenomenal, well-designed, and engaging experience! The program included workshops facilitated by industry experts, individualized feedback and coaching, and practical, hands-on experience. I can honestly say the program was personally and professionally transformative, and better prepared me to grow in my current role as well as prepare me for future opportunities.
