Don’t care for employees, the COVID rate at 18.5% still in office, only hybrid offered…..unless you work in HR. the top concern of management is supposedly the employees, prove it

Thank you for your feedback. Methode is proud of our modern and collaborative Corporate office space which was designed to enhance the employee experience. Throughout the pandemic, Methode has taken actions to protect our employees including COVID testing, contact tracing, vaccine requirements, temperature checks, social distancing, mask mandates, and cleaning and sanitizing protocols. In our Corporate office, we have achieved a 90% vaccination rate. Methode offered full remote work at the beginning of the pandemic. As medical guidance regarding disease prevention advanced and other data regarding the social impact of isolation emerged, we later transitioned to a hybrid work schedule that includes CDC-recommended COVID prevention practices while providing opportunities for personal interaction and engagement. We believe our dedication to employee safety and COVID prevention in the workplace sets us apart; Methode continues to follow CDC guidelines and will adjust our processes and procedures as necessary.

Pros

I've been working for Methode for 15 years now, it was my first job and I never left! Methode helped me shape my career in various ways. I learned a lot everyday working with different teams both locally and globally, giving me different experiences that might not be so easy find elsewhere. Methode has many hubs across the globe but despite the distance, we always manage to come together and work as one, making tasks easier and the success greater!

I've seen the company at it's best and lowest times. As one can imagine we encountered various issues throughout the years, from price increases to global emergencies like Covid and we've had our fair share of ups and downs. But 1 thing always remained - determination to come out stronger!
