Pros

* don't expect anything as an international company they don't have a website and they don't have the name and the logo on the factory * don't sign a penalty in case you leave them (always have the upper hand) * don't believe what the team /cell leaders say about you will learn you will not learn rocket science (they just want to make a team so they can keep their jobs) * don't agree on overtime unless its written with the rate (they will negotiate on the rate after you work)

Kontras

* don't believe that if you don't have a work life balance with no good salaries and no good work environment you will be happy (they had those three cons ) * don't believe when they say you had a good opportunity to lead because its a new project (its never about how good you are at work its about how much they can abuse you more) * don't believe that if you travel to a poor country outside egypt you will had a chance to travel after (they had an agreement not to do that no matter how good you are )

Pros

I've been working for Methode for 15 years now, it was my first job and I never left! Methode helped me shape my career in various ways. I learned a lot everyday working with different teams both locally and globally, giving me different experiences that might not be so easy find elsewhere. Methode has many hubs across the globe but despite the distance, we always manage to come together and work as one, making tasks easier and the success greater!

Kontras

I've seen the company at it's best and lowest times. As one can imagine we encountered various issues throughout the years, from price increases to global emergencies like Covid and we've had our fair share of ups and downs. But 1 thing always remained - determination to come out stronger!
