Lot of smart people around you to learn from. Ability to make a huge impact. The organization is quite flat in structure. Everyone is reachable even up to the top leadership with the Excellent capability of Management. People Friendly, Helping & Supportive nature by co-employees at working environment. Flexible Work Policies due to which able to manage a healthy work life balance.
