Almost all the people working there as a whole are easy to get along with, and down to earth.
Kontras
Upper management does not comprehend/understand the details of any given department. This leads to decisions that are incomplete and with no methodology. Also there is no specific criteria based training program in any department. High turnover rate has lead to many new employees not trained to do thier position. This leads to everyone being frustrated.
