-have truly been impressed with the ways that the design team and TA team work together on hiring -the team continues to iterate on the hiring process, making improvements, considering feedback, focusing on diversity and eliminating biases

-hard to compete with $ against tech (but this is a general complaint about the state of recruiting top talent really) -interview process is somewhat skewed in favor of the co, working on making it more balanced
